Mary Anderson, MA, LMFT

Mary Anderson, MA, LMFT

Mary is a graduate of Adler Graduate School with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as Professional Counseling. Her undergraduate degree was BS in counseling / psychology with an emphasis on Early Childhood from Crown College. Along with this, she obtained a Masters level certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health from the University of MN. Mary is a nationally certified assessor for NCAST in infant feeding and teaching scales as well as a Project Exceptional trainer. In May 2011, Mary was recognized as FASD Clinical Training of Trainers (TOT) for the Great Lakes FASD Regional Training Center (GLFRTC) and the University of Wisconsin, Department of Professional Development and Applied Studies (PDAS).

Mary has served families in the area of childcare for 31 years. Having owned and operated up to three childcare centers serving a total of 23 infants, 43 toddlers and 120 preschoolers at a given time.

Her current positions are that of Executive Director of Kids Inc Child Care Center, President of SteppingStone Therapeutic and a LMFT, specializing in working with children and their families in the areas of social and emotional development.

Mary is an active member of THRIVE initiative, a member of the MN Association of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, as well as a member of the United States Association of Play Therapy.

Mary states that she has been mostly happily married to Randy since 1978. Mary and Randy have two grown children, a son-in-law and three beautiful grandchildren.


Christina Broll-Smith,MA

Christina Broll-Smith,MA

Christina is a graduate from Alder Graduate School with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her experience includes working with individuals, families, children and couples.

Beginning therapy takes a lot of courage and bravery. It takes courage to overcome challenges and to grow. Christina’s style of therapy is to help you utilize and focus on your strengths and your values, while you navigate new healthy patterns that lead to hope and healing. Everyone has a story and Christina’s goal is to provide a place of hope and encouragement, and a safe place to grow and face whatever challenges you are experiencing.

Christina is passionate about relationships. Christina is certified in prepare and enrich (a premarital counseling program) and loves walking alongside couples. Relationships require a lot of adapting, growth, and nurturing. She helps couples discover healthy ways to communicate, work through conflict, rebuild trust, respect, and other relationship issues.

Christina is also fluent in American Sign Language and specializes in counseling to the deaf and hard of hearing. Her background has been working as a certified ASL interpreter and working with various churches providing counseling services and facilitating counseling groups. Christina is available Monday through Thursday during days and evenings.

Terry Lewis, MA

Terry Lewis, MA

Terry is a graduate of University of South Dakota with a MA in Educational Psychology and Counseling. He has many years of experience counseling children, youth, couples, and families.

Terry believes that within a therapeutic, faith based, relationship the process of healing can begin. Terry is experienced in blended and interracial family systems. He hasĀ a desire for you to reach your full potential and face any challenges that you are experiencing. Terry provides counseling from a multi-systemic and cognitive behavioral approach. He always considers circumstances that may have affected your emotional well-being.

Terry is available Monday through Thursday.

Megan Lambertson, MSW

Megan Lambertson, MSW

Megan received her undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University in Psychology. She received her Master’s from St. Cloud State University. Megan is currently pursuing her License in Social Work.

Megan has a variety of work experience. She was supervisor at group home and an adolescent treatment facility. Megan also had the opportunity to intern at Mille Lacs County with Children’s Mental Health and at Lighthouse Child and Family Services.

Megan specializes in working with younger children, adolescents and adults.

Megan is very interested in physical health. She loves to be active and enjoys being outdoors and on the water. Her family and friends are a huge part of her life, as well as the work that she does. Megan also enjoys movies, music and always trying new things.

Megan is available full time Monday through Friday.

Brittany Berge

Brittany Berge, Mental Health Practitioner

Brittany received her Associate’s Degree in Liberal Education at Normandale Community College, her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and is currently enrolled at Adler Graduate School for her Master’s Degree for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Her specialties include working with children, adolescents, couples and adults. Brittany is a great listener, and she enjoys helping people through the tough time of life.

Brittany’s favorite seasons are summer and fall. She has two young boys of her own. She enjoys keeping busy and being outdoors with her family, taking walks and playing with her kids.

Brittany is available Tuesdays and Thursdays.
